My sons girlfriend just did her presentation for her senior project (Training a Bobcat Dog). She presented it in front of myself(her mentor) and two of her teachers. She did realy good.Neither teacher had ever hunted any thing in their life . They didnt have a clue. She did a power point with lots of pictures. She explained her thesis and the reason for choosing this topic. Then she did a drag in the school courtyard. She finished by showing some basic obedience training like come here and load up.The dog did great. .The teachers were realy impressed and asked lots of questions.I think they could see there students enthusiasm for the topic and that hunting had been good for the student.I dont think either one of them will ever go hunting but maybe we might have gained a vote or two some where along the line.I thing 99% of the teachers out there educating our kids are just like these two they just dont know .Maybe our kids can help educate there teachers and fellow students this way.As our country becomes more and more urbanized there are more and more people out ther that just dont know.Educating them is the only way we have any chance of our kids and grandkids being able to enjoy our great sport. Take care Larry

Larry,
I agree with you 100%. Those two teachers influence a lot of kids everyday and they maybe the make or break votes if our hound hunting ever gets to a ballot box. Besides, you are a helluva good man to mentor that young lady. For what is worth, great job. Casey
