we are having puppy huts here at our pen in leota the third weekend of every month from may through october. You may call me any time for more details. I do not know if they are having any up to afton or not but they are usually the second weekend of the month. I also post the information on vagys site and the michigan hound hunters site. we will have our hound split up saturday and sunday with a maximum of 30 pups 12 months 29 days and under. Numbers and day are drawn at random and you may also call me for numbers. We have a run off in july and october for the top 10 pups from each month. I also can get you the contact information for other pens (fox and coyote) if you call.

There are more than enough in the pen to run the puppy hunts. some guys blame the pen for dogs that cant hunt, that dont mean there arent any coyotes. I do not think anyone else will have puppy trials here in Michigan.

Rick, you still didnt answer my question as to how many coytes will be in the pen. The dog that you are talking abought I have hunted with and if there were coytes in the pen she would have gotten them jumped.

I do not care how much she has been hunted, she did not get the job done. I have not had anyone else complain, and I talk to everyone who comes in. There are at the least 9 coyotes and 6 fox in 80 acres. more than enough game for a dog that has run to go out and find game. I never saw her range out and no one walked her out far enough to do anything, coyotes were barking out in the pen she still did not go to them. I know you have better dogs than that that will not kill game in the pen. Have you talked with anyone else who has been here? I watched some other pups out of frankie do a good job friday night, did you ask them if there were enough game? I offered to turn out a dog that would have run and you were nothing but P Offed. Come another day and see for yourself, I will come out and watch the whole time you are here and make sure you are happy.
