The two that are leaving I could probably make bobcat dogs out of them. They show some smarts. Dewey

That's a good one. I'm still trying to figure out how to get my dogs in the same frame as the bear! I have to take one of the bear then turn around and take one of the dogs running! Ha

That dog was Troop...There was not much back down in that dog :) :) ....Lady was about a year old there...That was Tiny that was being thrown in the air...It wsnt too long after that the bear scattered all the dogs...And me too

This is what it looked like just before the bear charged me :o :o
I wish I could tell you that I stood my ground and scared him off...Not the case ....I looked like Lady and Kern in that photo...Ran like a girl  ...

Here is a photo of a lion we caught on the Mexico border...That Black and tan dog in the lions face was my dog Bull....He was out of Floyd Green female and Jim Buhlers Leopard cur....I dont know if you can see it or not, but that lion has that one dog by the head and is trying to kill it...It would have , if Bull had not been in its face...That dog was probably one of the grittiest dogs Ive owned...Never had to stitch him up  It was the first time Amber ever saw a lion ...Caught 3 that day with Ollie Barney killed 2...Good times Vato

Here is a photo with Amber and the 2 lions

That is a great photo, and a good day lion huntin from the looks of it.
Good Lookin B&T cross hound as well.
You guys hunt some rugged country.

Send along some more of those photo's I know you have some!
Mike L. that photo you sent me a while back with that lion backed out on the edge of the rim was a great photo as well.
We get few opportunities to get those up here, big timber makes it real tough to get good photo's.

I recognized Lady and Kern. It just looked like grunt from the back. Troop was a good ol dog, I bet that guy who bought him in New mexico is happy. I saw that one photo of your first hound once before and if not mistaken didn't you show me a video of Rock's last bear? Sweet pictures Vato, Had many a good times learning to hunt hounds with you. More to come in the future.

Your gonna miss out on some of that rugged bear hunting living in MO.

You will have to make a trip to AZ in August while I am down chasing them bruins.

NOT A BEAR BUT A SMALL SOW. NOTICE THE TWO LITTLE CUR PUPS? NOW NOTICE THE 7 MONTH OLD HOUND THAT WAS BAYING HER BUT OFF AT A SAFE DISTANCE OF COURSE. THATS CALLED A LOOOOSE BAYING DOG. SHE DID GET UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL BUT NOT BEFORE I LEGGED IT OUT OF THE TRAP. Image
