allergic staff infection

I have a dog that i have taken to 2 different vets and has cost me around 500.00 in vet bills with no cure. Both vets have told me what she has is an allergic staff infection. She eats all the time but puts on no weight. I have wormed her also. she also gets big pockets filled with puss and blood all over her body. I have found a medicine at my local feed store that seems to start curing it but after you do a 10 day does it starts to come back in a week or so. need a perminet solution
