Generic Wormer Tablets for Dogs provide complete protection against all 11 intestinal worms found in dogs including roundworms (Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonina), whipworm (Trichuris vulpis), hookworm (Ancylostoma caninum, A. braziliense, Uncinaria stenocephala), tapeworm (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia ovis, T. hydatigena and T. pisiformis) and hydatid tapeworm (Echinococcus granulosus).
Double-scored for easy administration, this great value product is safe for use on puppies from 2 weeks, pregnant bitches and older dogs.
Warnings, Side Effects and Drug Interactions: This product is contra-indicated for use in dogs weighing less than 3.3lb (1.5kg)
Directions for use: Dogs should be dosed with 1 tablet per 10kg of bodyweight 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age and then at least every three months - treat dogs in hydatid areas at least every six weeks. Treat females prior to mating, ten days before and four weeks after whelping.
Always weigh the dog before dosing to ensure that you do not underdose. Round up the dosage to the nearest 1/4 tablet. Tablets are double scored, so can be accurately broken into quarters for accurate dosing for smaller dogs. Tablets can be given whole or crushed into food. Ensure that the pet is watched after dosing to check that the entire dose has been swallowed.
