Anybody know?

I had a invite to go bear hunting on St. Joesph Island, I have read the rules up there and cant find if it is legal to run hounds there or not. I didnt see any dog rules at all in their rule book. Just wondered if anybody knew if it was legal to run hounds there? Thanks
