My friend lost his walker dog last year while bear hunting and dog was probably stolen. Somebody just called my friend today and said his dog showed up at their house. The tracking and shock collar where off the dog but his I.D. collar was still on. My friend Jared can't get to California until the end of Oct. We will both be going there together to hunt but thats the soonest either of us can get their. He would really appreciate any help.
