Rubber Ducky Antenna?

I had one that I liked just fine. Now I need to get a new one, don't ask why 
My question is should I stick with one of those or is there a better option. The 14 inch flexible one, or how about the new one that Garmin has for the 320. Has anyone tried one of those, are they available yet as an accessory or do they even fit a 220?
