I have a dog box with 3 holes on each side. Each hole is 7" wide looking for vent ideas to cover them so the little pups can't escape thanks

Eye bolts and a piece of rebar, all thread or round rod through the eyebolts. Easy to take in and out. Drill a hole on each end and use a snap pin to hold in place.

That is a great fix! I like it.
