North Carolina Bear Hunters

Fellows, my son is in the Marines at Camp Lejeune, NC. He would like to see some bear dogs do their thing. When he was 10 years old, he was training squirrel dogs and hunting the mountain for squirrel by himself with his dog he trained and bringing home the squirrel. Coon hunted some with me. Was good at helping me train pups. Has broke horses. I used to have bear dogs when I lived in Washington and Maine. Back in middle Tennessee now and no bear and too far to hunt.
My son should have enough sense not to get in the way and would help when told what to do. Not interested in taking a bear but would like to see how it is done. Would buy a bear tag if you needed him to. Any of you who have room for him on a hunt or training hunt, let me know. Been there and done that. Dudes can be a problem. He ain't no dude.
