Astro 220 Update STUCK on updating

I am updating my Astro 220 from the link provided by Garmin. It seems to be stuck on "updating" for over an hour without the bar moving so it doesn't seem like it's doing anything. Not sure if I should disconnect it and start over....since there were dire warnings at the front of the process about disconnecting in the middle. Any ideas?
