Problem with Astro 220

Hello,
I have a Garmin Astro 220 and two DC-30 collars. Yesterday my garmin went down from a table to the ground, and today the Astro seemed to work ok until I couldn´t connect with my collars. I updated software of Astro and collars to 3.90 version, removed the collars from the Astro and tried to detect them again. Both collars were detected and took position, but the question on the dog screen doesn´t disappear and if I move the collars away the Astro doesn´t show their position. Collars were full-charged.
This problem is the same when I want to connect with a DC-40 collar, and when a European Garmin Astro 220 or 320 want to connect to my DC-30 collars.
I live in Europe but I bought the Garmin in the USA three years ago.
Please, I need your help, I am in boar season and I NEED my Astro. Thank you.
