Lost my best dog yesterday

I took my dogs out for some training last Saturday they treed 3 it was a good day for us. When we got home I decided to put my male dog in a kennel by himself beings one of our females was going into heat, he acted fine till Tuesday when his appetite decreased, I thought it might of been depression from being seperated and just kept an eye on him. Left town Thursday night and got the call Saturday that he was dead, man talk about a heart stopping phone call.

Always tough to lose a hound. Especially in their prime! Very sorry for your loss.

That sucks sorry to hear that... kinda sounds like parvo in a way.

Ya it does kind of seem like parvo but I've seen a lot of parvo and this wasn't it. I did read that with poison you'll see symptoms in about 3 days and that would add up but you never know. Thanks for all the comments
