the last two times I've been out I have had a couple different dc 30 collars that my handheld won't pick up.the one dog was walking with me all day long. his collar was on and I even made the lights blink fast when I identified the dog unit. I tried changing the i. d. . no luck. I tried to stop tracking and then start again. nothin. I tried turning them on and off. help????

Jared, i have heard people say that they put new antenna's on and that solved the problem. I got a new dc40 yesterday and i will probably order the tuffskin replacements now as i hear they pickup further anyway. Seems a little strange that it happened with 2 of them at the same time so i may be completely wrong.

Jared are you sure you had the collars on start tracking in your dog info ? it has happened to me before . another thing you can do is take the collar apart and unplug the batterie for a few minutes and plug it back in that resets them . and third swap antenna with one that is working that will test the antenna for failure. hope this helps you Larry
