Any advise on how or what to do for something like this?

3-4 weeks FIRM.
Then, gradually get him roading again in increasing distances to toughen up the new pad (the warmer it gets the more likely it will slip again)
It sucks, it is a long wait, had to do it in the fall myself.

Thanks, she seems to be getting along much better than I thought she would.
Shes already running around the yard acting like nothing ever happened.

Just be careful. You take her out to soon, even if she's looking good and she'll tear it up again in less than a couple of miles. I always waited two weeks then started with light roading. Then see how she does and how it looks and go from there.

Koppertox or Koppercare on the pad a couple times and then time to heal and light conditioning.

I've seen a guy take some carpet clippings just the fuzzy top and with super glue, he glued 2 layers on the whole pad it built up and work great, after a week of 2 hunting and roading it wore off and was good as new.

One week of rest and then just hunt the dog. Its pads will tuffen up.
