My screen started blinking last weekend. It keeps working and is tracking dogs, but when the map is on it blinks. Almost like it is refreshing. I have a topo card. I have removed the card and put it back in. Any suggestions?????

Mine was doing that, my buddy did something that fixed it. I will ask him next time I see him and see what he says. I know it can be fixed though

You can try to reset it and see if that fixes it.
With the Hand held Off, You will need to hold down three buttons at the same time to reset the Garmin Astro 220.
Press the Enter, Map, and Power buttons down at the same time to Reset the Garmin.

Buddy when you reset the garmin with the 3 buttons, will it put the GPS back to default settings, or does it leave your set up as it was?

It will erase all your waypoints and remove all your dogs. It's basically like you took it out of the box but normally a combo has the first dog all ready paired up.
