question about blue lights on gpscollars

I just got outa the hills and plugged my collars in to charge and noticed that only one of the blue lights came on ,on both collars.Im sure that they ussually both come on. Is this normal or is something up?

I have eight DC30's and only one blue light ever comes on.

They seem to charge fine so i probably just hadnt noticed that only one came on in the past .Thanks for the response.

only one comes on on mine also
