I live in az and am bringing dogs home this weekend. I live on an acre with 4 foot fence. Will they jump over. I also built a 20x40 undivided kennel that is 7' tall. I was thinking about putting them all together. I am also concerned about the heat this summer so any info on that would help.

Yes, the four foot fence won't slow them down if they decide to go. The seven foot fence will stop them. There has been a lot of info posted over the years about keeping your dogs together or in seperate kennels. Just do a search and you should find all the info you need. A lot of us keep all our dogs together all the time. Lots of advantages. The disadvantages are you probably won't be able to keep intact males and females together. As far as keeping them cool, some guys use misters. They must have shade at a minumum.

I was going to cover the kennel with tin roof before summer. I don't think I will be able to use misters. It is dirt floor. I also buried no climb fence three feet down around the entire thing. I just wasn't sure if it would be too hot. The temperatures get up to about 115 degrees in the Summer.
