I have a DC 30 collar that only one of the blue lights comes on when charging. Collar won't take a full charge. Has anyone had this problem?

Thats how they are......One blue light when charging and 2 blinking red lights when on. I don't know why it won't take a full charge. Buddy can answer that one for you

I fill like a DUM ASS. I've had it for a year & 1/2. Never really payed attention to it when charging. The collar won't hold a charge very good. That's when I noticed only one blue light. I tried the unpluging the battery for 10 second thing. I'll see if that works.

Don't feel dumb. I thought the same thing about mine till I noticed all my collars only had one blue light on.

Unplug the battery for about 10 to 15 minutes. I would guess 95% of the time that fixes mine when they are not taking a full charge.

I took it apart & unpluged the battery for a few minutes.
Now its working good again.
