Who is this person?

I was headed out of work today and i seen A white toyota late 90's early 00's maybe. Bigger tires, Utah plates, 1/2 bed dog box with rig rails sloping down towards the tail gate and i believe 3 tie offs Leaving the Jonah field on Luman road. I Dont see many of us houndsmen around my area unless its huntin season so i figured id act like a dumbass for a minute and post this 
id like to shoot the breeze with this fella if hes around, i know every houndsmen has at least one crazy story to tell
