Looking to bear hunt.

Fellas, Im in Oklahoma. I have some young hounds that wont be ready this year. I was able to get a couple of older hounds that have both run bear.
I am wanting to go try them on some bear in 09 sometime..and probably some cats too. but not at the same time necessarily.
Anybody have any suggestions on where to go. I would be willing to swap a hunt if anybody wanted to come to Ok.

Make sure to check state game laws and see that hunting swaps are legal. In Montana that would be considered guiding under the law. dgarrett

So, letting a guy come hunt on the places you hunt is considered guiding?
Wow who would have thought that.

No Just letting a guy come hunt with you isnt but any kind of hunting swap, buying gas, dinner, or even a bag of dog food could be considered guiding under the law in MT. dgarrett

Wow, what a crappy law. So if a guy went up and hunted with his buddy. And bought dinner one night. That could be considered guiding.
Well thanks for the heads up. I will have to be more cautious about my offers and post in the future.
