What areas of Oregon...?

What places in Oregon do NOT usually get snowed out or not snow at all?
What forests are those areas near...?
Are there areas of central Oregon (a place you could live where you could choose to go hunt the west more coast side or drive east and hunt the desert) that don't recieve a whol lot of snow? Looking for a centralized location like where I live here in CA but WITHOUT all the damn snow.

Don't worry I'm a catcher not a killer although I have been killing a bunch here this year being as it's our last and they are not going to be getting killed much after this...also do most all areas in Oregon have bears?
I guess asking for a bear free area would be too much wouldn't it?
I also understand much of the west side has coons here and there just out in the woods?
Are there areas of Oregon with big duck clubs, tules and briar patches like there is here in California? If so where?

and lastly...where are all the damn wolves at up there?

If you dislike snow, stay away from eastern oregon. We have good snowfall each year here. When I define eastern I mean the east side of the blue mountains. I have not been anywhere else in oregon during the winter other than highways and big cities. I think JC is probably right, the valley(I-5 strip) would be your best bet. I've been told there is a bunch of coon in the valley, I've had people offer for me to venture there but have not made it yet.

Most of the wolf population is in northeastern oregon, Joseph to Pendleton and south as Baker city. I have heard as far as Prineville people seeing a loner. A friend found a pack of 6 the other day in one of my spots, im really starting to get worried.

Oh and cobalt, don't forget the trappers as well!

Very little snow most winters in the Coos Bay area. But you better be able to stand the rain! The Rain can get depressing! There is a decent coon population, lots of bear & some bobcat. Lots of yotes. Plus snow within couple hrs. Al

It won't matter if we lose our trapping. Hounds will be next I would say Canada would be the place to go not Oregon.
