Utah Legislation Banning tethering of dogs

There is a proposed piece of Utah legislation SB0092 making it a crime to tie a dog out for more than ten hours at a time. I would think this bill will get squashed in committee, it needs to be watched. Just a heads up, it may be time to contact your legislator and let him know how this would affect you.

SB-92 hearing tommarow feb 11th 2:10 pm room 415 state capitol please come help squash this before it starts the Utah Houndsman association will be there.

The Uha went to the capitol for the 11th meeting no discussion today it was cancelled to make amendments but will be next week we will post changes and keep it updated on our face book and website utahhound.com sen davis said he would meet with us before it goes to discussion sent him an email to set up meeting will get list together for anyone interested in sending emails thanks.
