tt-10 won't charge

I have a alpha collar that won't charge. The light in the front is solid red but won't go green. Has been pluged in for two days and only shows half charge. Tryed different chargers dont seem to make a difference. Other two collars charge fine.

Run an update with the Garmin Updater and the problem should be resolved!
It will take longer to set up to do this than it will to do it.

Absolutely get it updated! Also letting it run completely dead will help. Just had one do the same thing. Have yet to update it. Half charge was enough to hunt the first day. Let it run completely down, and it took the next charge perfectly.

I have the newest update in my alpha. Do you update the tt10'S with the alpha like we did with the 320 and 40's?? Ty

No You use the charging clip and then plug it into the computer to update the collar.
