Hmmmm....I smell more road closures, less grazing, less water for agriculture in the valley and less timber cutting in the near future...this is one for us rural people to watch. I have an idea to save water - how about less golf courses especially in the desert? You can't eat a golf course.
Make So. California desalinate water if they need it for bullshit endeavors like 5 acre lawns, golf courses and swimming pools.
