Birdseye

Have a 320 that i had loaded birdseye on it right after i bought it. Now i am having a problem with buying another supscription, comes up that unit needs to be registered. Did right when i bought it, but for some reason cant get past this. What would someone do if they purchased a used unit Thanks for any help
