Magnum telemetry fails!!!!!

Just talked to Magnum about a collar that I sent in for repair and never recieved. When I called I never got an answer and I called for months, now that I moved to Flagstaff recieved a different number I thought I would try again, yes its been a year and a half. Guess who answered the phone, claimed to have sent it and got shipment recieved notification. Eight weeks late but they swear they sent it. Bottom line I was a super fan of this company and never expected to b treated the way I was AND still have no collar.

I would make him show you the delivery conformation. I have heard this story and others like it all from Magnum telemetry. I gave up on them for anything when i ordered a yagi antennae from them and kept getting a run around about it. Kinda forgot about it then recieved it about 6 months after they already had payment. Kind of a joke to expect anything from them anymore.

ya well I was loyal and got burned its past now, I just hope nobody else gets burned by them.
My question now is where is the best place to get a garmin with the tri tronics built in? I need system and 4 collars?

Gary at West Coast Telemetry can build them for you...I loved Magnums stuff and got burned by them and never tried again, hope my box from them lasts forever cause I sure won't send it to them to be repaired.
Funny thing is I have a friend who has never had a problem with them, maybe I'll get her to send my stuff for repairs!
