Liz, what are you using? 220 or 320? dc20,30 or 40?

If I was to guess, I would say your using a 220 with a dc30. My brother in law has this same issue. I can track his collars with my 320 and his 220 won't. If we change ID#s, sometimes it helps and sometimes we have had to update the collar. Doesn't make sense, but that's what I've run into in the past....

Hope this helps,
Scott

No it's a new (bought in December) 320 and a DC30....the collar had no issues at all up until the last month or so, changed the antenna and still dropping communication. It's being worn by the same dog as usual too so really nothing had changed, I have had to change the ID failry frequently as I switch between 5 and 30 seconds and also hunt with other people.

I was having a similar problem and someone suggested:

In my case it turned out it WAS just the antenna but apparently this fix has worked for others.
