I have heard alot about how terrible the service department at Garmin is so when my DC 40 went down and needed to be sent in I was a little leary. Well I gotta say I am impressed!! I talked with the service tech who assited me very quickly and efficently. I had already done all the pre-testing and knew it was going to need replaced. It was having the won't turn on or Charge issue like Buddy shows in his video on his website. Anyhow I just wanted to say Kudos to Garmin as I am very pleased with the level of service I recieved. Hopefully everyone will get the level of service I did when calling Garmin.
