alpha map problem

I cant get my topo maps to show up on my alpha? I have the detail set to most. In my list of maps it shows that all maps are enabled? I bought new maps thinking it was the card? still not working. any help would be appreciated.

Jered, make sure the map card is in correctly and locked in.

thanks mark, the alpha is detecting the card because it shows it enabled on my map list.

I had one come unlocked one time and thought i would mention it just in case. Maybe Buddy can help when he reads this.

Make sure your declutter is off that is what the problem is most of the time I hear this issue
