I thought I would post a few pictures of the hunt we just finished last week. Two guys off this site joined in the fun. Tyler Strickland and Curt Rollman drove out with there dogs and spent a week running lynx. Tyler also brought a good friends kid out to join in the hunt.

6 lynx treed and everyones dogs got in on some action.

Doug, as always great pictures!
I hope you're saving a few of those big lynx for us.
I see Tredster in the last picture, is he starting to make the Lynx trees? His litter mate sister put up 7 bobcat so far this season, she is really coming along. See you next month. Nick

If any of you are looking to get a lynx, look into Doug's outfit. It was an awesome experience. We were on lynx every day. Excellent hunting, food, lodging, dogs, and scenery. I drove all the way from northern Wisconsin (4200 miles round trip) and it was worth every mile. Bring your best bobcat dogs....or at least do what I did, and bring dogs that can follow Doug's and you will have a blast  You won't regret it. This is an all around great way to accomplish the goal of having your own dogs on a lynx. You get plenty of opportunities with your dogs. I had my female in on 3 trees and my male in on 2 trees in 5 days of hunting.

My dad, my dogs (Flow and Juice) with the lynx I shot.

Taste of the scenery.

Juice and Jack (Doug's) treeing.

The staged glory shot. Doug does this so you can B.S. the story however you want  Now THATS service.

The Girls (Cookie and Zooey (Doug's)). The dogs you want to follow up there.

It was a great time with Doug, Tyler, and everyone up there.

Looks like a great time! Are tags available over the counter or do you need to apply ahead of time?
