I have personal issues resulting from DC30 collars that won't recharge. I have followed the instructions for unplugging, cleaning, etc etc. Does anyone else have this problem. Any help appreciated. Also, does anyone know where to send these chinese engineering feats of skill for repair? Any help much appreciated. The unit works perfectly. Tracks perfect. But can't recharge the collars. I have purchased 4 new vehicle chargers also, with a score of 1 for 4.
Help

The technology is incredible though and mine tracks like a guided missile system. I think the glitch is the components. My collars take a beating I'm sure. I don't see how those hair like wires can hold up under the conditions my dogs hunt in but then again I'm not an electrical engineer. Anyway, any help appreciated.

thank you to evryone that pm d me on this issue. I finally was able to talk to a garmin rep. The lady was extremely helpful in this matter. Turns out the problem is MY problem. I was not aware that the collars I had purchased were 6 years old. So my bad and their good! Was really nice to talk to a real person that was not in a hurry to get rid of me and so helpful.
