Today was the White Mountain Elk Banquet where they have some fun competions and give aways and raffles.

There was some guided hunts for Bear or Mountain Lion with hounds given away by Jody Tapia.

There was contests for Youth, Archery, Muzzleloader, and Rifle, along with Fatest Cow (Where they weigh the cow elk killed).

Anyways, Cody and I decided to cruise over there to meet up with Andy and GT. We were sure GT was going to win for biggest muzzleloader bull killed, but I didn't know I would win something too.

GT walked out of there the proud owner of a brand spankin new Polaris 500 quad and a denim jacket he paid $100 for haha.

I popped a balloon out of 150 balloons and my number was the one for a Ruger All American 7-80. Which will probably soon be turned into a 260.

Anyways it was a fun event and it was good to see some old friends and make some new ones, next time you go somewhere that's sellin $10 balloons, you should buy one, you just might win a rifle :) Thanks GT, Andy, and Cody and all the sponsors and everyone involved, it was a fun night and I haven't laughed that hard in a long time :)
