Hello every one I was wondering if any of you EXPERIENCED bobcat hunters could help me, I wanted to know how you train your hounds to be a great bobcat hound and all the tricks you use to turn a pup in to a great bobcat hunter, I also wanted to know if you guys could tell me about any books or articles that you know about could help me out to train my pups in to bobcat dogs, thanks

Get the two Walk With Wick books. They're directed towards coon dogs but have TONS of information for all hound hunters regardless of the game you hunt. Training, handling, different issues, etc.
Dave Peightal's Bobcat Dog is another must have for all things cat hunting.
Slash Ranch Hounds and Meet Mr.Grizzly, while they're about bear/lion hunting with hounds, has lots of great training info and will make you think differently about how hounds work scent.
All worth getting when starting out!!
There's only one sure fire way to learn...get out there with your dogs and hunt! Learn from your mistakes and successes and have fun.

I have both of wicks books.. I am 3/4 through the first book.. great reading!!
