I just talked to Big 'N Blue, he was at the airport in Houston. He said he was gas'n up. Guys, I'm not sure what that means? I don't know if he was helping fuel up the plane or eating a bowl of beans or what, but suspect he was having a double "Crown 'N Coke", maybe three.
I thought I'd better let you all know, watch him and make sure he keeps the GPS bracelet on, have a good'n this weekend.

Here is a Blue report.....

Big N' Blue has landed in Oregon!
Blue said he figured he could make it out of Portland alive if he wore his pink cowboy shirt....He made it!

Mark is trying to figure out how to disguise Blues Texan accent and Ten gallon hat so he blends in with all the liberal hippies here in Oregon and that GPS bracelet now has beads attached so he blends in, them cowboy boots have been replaced with a pair of birkenstocks ......He will be just fine!!!!!!

The last issue that needed to be resolved on a serious note? You Oregon guys only have Pendleton Whiskey?

He's probably going to refuse to drink the Pendleton  , you may have to mainline him with it, don't try it in the arm, just go straight to the jugular  . He'll be fine :D .

Luckily...... Oregon is famous for our cheese factories so he will have plenty to go along with his whine!

The third annual Bobcat gathering is now in the past....What a great event! Good turnout of fine folks from all across the Country. Blue reports he made it through check in and was killing the clock waiting on his flight to depart.....Thanks for attending! I enjoyed every second of your company.

Thanks J.C. for hosting this event! The ladies knocked the breakfast and dinner menu out of the ball park! Time to start planning next years event!

Thomas....

I personally want to thank you for making a young mans dream come true with owning that little blue puppy....You know I'm just kidding when I razz you over the color of hounds, but one thing stands clear on a serious note is when a man steps up and allows another person to own a nice pup based on the age and desire vs. the monetary amount paid.... When it comes to our future hound hunters, this act of kindness was and is to be commended!

Now if someone can help me do a bulk download/upload of pictures from photo bucket to bgh? I will post some to the thread.

Nothing to be said. The proceeds of that pup was to be donated to OUSDA. He helped donate 100 dollars to the state club of his own hard earned money. I hope the young man keeps me updated on the progress.

Thomas is humble to.While at the gathering i saw the young man get the pup and assumed he paid Thomas for it . The next day Rodney and Thomas went with me to exercise my dogs.We talked dogs and told a few stories and never once did he say anything about giving that young man the pup. I just found out about it on here. I must say i'm impressed Thomas. In a country where many worship the dollar as if it were God it's refreshing to know there are people like you!
