320 and DC 50 help

I am having issues adding my DC 50 collars to my 320 unit, says it cant pickup the collars (either one) was wondering if they were even compatible with the 320. not sure how to update the 320 to see if that fixes it so any info would be appreciated

Google "Gun Dog Supply", when the site comes up you will see a search box on there, type in updating a 320. Hit search, screens will pop up that will walk you right through it. Good luck.
