DC50 changing to 2 min update

I have 6 DC 50's. I am very happy with them, they get great range and signal where I hunt, where 30's and 40's do not work. My issue is one of them is constantly switching itself to 2 minute update. I have reset it a million times, updated it, and turned the low battery option off, thinking maybe it was doing one of the "false low battery" things they sometimes seem to do. That has not changed it. After about 45 seconds, it will atomatically be back to 2 minute update rate.

Could it be the hand held doing it ? I don't have 50's I run the alpha so I'm just guessing but what if you changed the ID # for the collar and up date the hand held ?

I'v updated the handheld, added and removed the collar a million times. Still the same. I don't see how it would be the handheld when its just that particular collar that does it...

I hope so too, or I guess during archery season I send it back and see if they can get it figured out.

You need to send to Garmin to be repaired.
If you purchased it from us give us a call and we can get yours replaced quickly so you don't loose much hunting time.
