You sound like your excited!! Now if he doesn't call you tomorrow, you may start to wonder?? Maybe in a year or two I might try a little Dog Hauling, but it would be only part time and for me to hunt an area close to my final delivery. And have dogs booked along my path back or close to another hunting area of my choosing.
First I have to get the right setup to haul 2-3 of mine or JC's dogs, along with max. 4 others.
i don't want to deal with other dogs more than necessary!

I bought a pup from a guy and he arranged the shipping to get the pup to me. I just met this guy in town and got my pup. He was all jacked up and excited as he was headed to Idaho to deliver a dog to a guy that runs curs and was going to spend a week hunting with him.

He looks like he's been following the white line! Bet not sleeping much? Damn why hasn't someone knocked that tooth out for him!!

Mark, I just talked to Skip and no call yet?? He has 2 or 3 phones and sometimes get them twisted together when he gives 1 out. He does it on purpose to people he don't want calling.
But it may be his problem with the Hauler,....What no# did you give him Skip!!

got the female today! the two pups died in transport yesterday "she bit them in the head". the guy said he overbooked and that is why they were late. also said he was sorry about the pups dying.

Old Dog asked me to post this picture of his new dog and the shape she was in when she arrived and she arrived pup less.

I put off posting this picture because I didn't want to completely ruin this guy's livelihood. but then I sure would hate to see anyone else go thru this.chuck with redwing dog haulers picked up this dog and two pups in good health in ten .they were supposed to be at my house in 6 days. he also picked up another dog at the same time to be delivered in the Dakotas for a friend. my friends dog was way late and he said the guy held himup for three days .he had to have somebody at wall mart at 1030 am or chuck said he would keep his dog. the kid is working on a pipeline out of state so he had his girlfriend wait till she had too go to work then his dad waited then his mom waited all this time chuck would not answer his phone when he did answer after all this, he said he was going to be three more days. the dog got there very skinny according to the kid.it went the same way hen he did show up . my dog was on the trip for 13 days and both pups died on the way. same story , would not return calls or answer his phone. he said the female killed the pups that morning and that they were fine the day before. maybe so but I do know the dog was completely dry and didn't urinate or shit for the first two days I had her. I know this because I kept her in the house. I have a hunch that he starved the pups by not caring for the mother? on a good note, she is doing fine and fitting in nicely around here....my name is skip chamberlain and I DO NOT RECOMEND REDWING DOG HAULERS. personally, I don't think this guy is fit to haul a dog across the parking lot.
