Depends on what damage was done. With out seeing it I would guess it was probably a claw that got stuck, usually if its a bite and the canine hits the eye socket the damage is severe.
But any eye wash will work to clean it. Or sterile water, saline solution with sterile water works too. There's liquid antibiotic drops for eye use. If you don't have access to these triple antibiotic cream will work. You need to keep the eye clean and moist "lubricated" to avoid irritation and further damage. The more damage the more you need to do. A and if the eyeball itself is punctured just take the dog in and have the vet suture the lids shut. It will save the dog and you a lot of work keeping it clean and healthy in the future. This is one procedure most vets even the "animal Doc." Types are reasonably priced on.

The vetricyn spray for eyes works well, unless like previously stated needs attention.
