My red tick dog has some ear problems he shakes his head all the time. Now he is scratching it now till it bleeds. I have some ear cleaner that I got for my other dogs, but it does not seem to help. Never had any problems before any help would be great. Thanks

Had quite a bit of experience in this with one of my main dogs. Get some some otomax or animax ointment. Clean ears first like your doing . dry well, put 3-5 drops in should do it. If it comes back in 6-12 months like mine usually did, you'll have too change feed.

Go to the UKC forum and lookup earsolve. I treated a dog for a year with no luck.
I tried earsolve, and it cured her in a week.

Earmites or common yeast infection...medication will differ so I would check with your vet. I have used Surolan drops for yeast infections with great success but you have to clean and medicate twice a day for a week otherwise it comes back shortly after.

Hope it works for you. I spent about $500 trying to clear up a walker female that had reoccurring yeast infection in one ear. Wish I had found it a year ago.
