This is for all the Blue Gascon owners out there. My niece is looking to get a Blue Gascon, and she was asking me some questions regarding blood lines, breeding, and availability in or near Wisconsin.
Being a plott man myself, I have very little knowledge of the Gascon breed. Any info that anyone could provide would be appreciated. Thank You in advance.

Some of the best out there is located in Wisconsin. A man by the name of Harlan Schellin has been breeding them for decades. He is located in Ogdensburg.

http://www.abgha.orgMy neighbor's got a real nice young one. His is less than a year old and is already 32 inches high at the shoulder! Great mouth on him, too. He grew so fast he's a little uncoordinated still, but he's starting ok and should be more comfortable in his own skin soon.

Harlan is no longer breeding hounds
his eyes are in bad shape but his son lives in Texas and does breed some-- I have Brad's Rose female here now to breed to my Reno.. You might get hold of Ron Berry in Carlyle Ill he has a real good female that he hopes to breed in the near future..
He also has a young male that may be crossed with a female in Kansas. if you are truly interested send me a PM and I will send you some phone numbers.
