Swelling of the eyeballs?

Ever seen a dogs eyes swell up? My female tonight's eyeballs were almost like bugging out of her head. She seems fine physically.

Just straw. Put some new stuff in there last week. Never noticed any symptoms till tonight.

Could possibly be a tumor.Better have a veterinarian look at her .Whatever it is it doesn't sound good .

Could also be a infection in the soft tissues surrounding the eyes. This can cause them to push forward appearing larger or bugged out.

Took her to the vet this morning. She says allergic reaction to something got some eye drops hope it helps.
