TT15 will not link up to the satellite

I have a tt15 collar that turns on and off really good but will not link up to a satelitte . I tried unplugging the battery , did a master reset , checked for a broken wire , put it back together without success !!
Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for me to try or should I send it in for repairs ?

Call double u I think they exchange for reconditioned collar around 90 bucks fast turn around

We had the same problem. A friend, suggested I delete this collar from hand held ,and then re-connect. As of now, seems to be working OK. Somewhat frustrating , to those of us, that are so "un-techey", don't give up, somebody, somewhere, somehow, has an easy fix! Good luck!

Al this new technology is frustrating for sure for us old timers LOL!! Maybe I'll try it again , it's been sitting in the drawer for quite a while now !! LOL!
