How to add tt15 to astro 320

I've got a tt15 that I used on an alpha. I now want to pair it up with a 320. I've tried to add it by touching the two like I've done in the past but it won't let me. There is only 1 other collar on the astro so there is plenty of room. Is there another process or way to add a collar to a 320 besides touching. The collar won't have an astro number right now, it will still have the old alpha number of 1-10. I've tried two different 320 and updated the software. Any idea?
