Garmin T 115 or T 10

Not sure which one it is. I just have a solid green light showing. Will not turn off. Any ideas.
You can try to take it apart and unplug the battery and plug it back in. BUT. Once my alpha collars go on the fritz, I have never had much luck fixing them, besides sending them back to Garmin.
