Long time. Since then I moved from Northern CA to Utah, Just got back fro bear hunting New Mexico. We are basically neighbors now

Did good in New Mexico, caught bears and a friend took a nice boar. Was looking for another nice boar, but it was a little slower than normal and the bears caught just weren't big, sows.

I think the laws and the cost of living here in Utah is great. I think it is an ugly boring state. Nothing will ever compare to Nor Cal in beauty and amount of game.

I've heard that from a handful of Ca evacuees as to how it's just not the same as what there is for tree game in California compared to the state they moved to. Trade offs, I suppose.
