No dice here either.. I took a week off for Cat Camp! was kinda hoping for one of them tags.. Guess I'll have to spend some time down in Oregon harassing some bobcats...

Few houndmen talked to WDF and they told us that #725 Wa residence applied and 68 give out permits. Anyone know who rest of 725 houndmen hunter in Wa? ANYONE know who own hounds??? I dont think 725 hunter even OWN a HOUND! thats a BS! MAYBE 250 or 350 houndmen/houndwomen in WA NOT 725. I may be wrong.

I think theres something goofy going on with the numbers too. usually I know a few people that draw tags, but not this year. out of the 7 houndsmen, real houndsmen that I know put in for it 1 drew a tag

I think alot of family members put in and lots of hunting buddies of houndsmen put in. That is where the bulk of the 700+ comes from and that is about how many have been applying for several years now.
