downloading photos?

Been following instructions and still cant figure out how to post a pic. So does anybody have a more simple way of explaining to me how to do this?
Step 1.
Go to tinypic.com.
Step 2.
Click the "Browse..." button.
Step 3.
Select the photo you want to upload.
(double click)
Step 4.
Click "Upload Now" button.
Step 5.
Copy the code beneath "Links to Share", titled "IMG Code for Forums and Message Boards".
Step 6.
Paste the code into your next post and your photo will appear when you submit your post.
