I am pretty sure that the courts just threw this case out. It does seem to have some merit though! Unfortunately, there seems to be nothing that he can do to draw the ire of the general media outlets, or Biden for that matter!

Yeah I heard today that it was dismissed. I guess we'll see if he takes it to the circuit or supreme court like he said he'd do.

I emailed Bill O'Reilly tonight to ask him why we haven't heard anything about this.

I heard today that one of the reasons it was thrown out is that the state department has already checked into it in the past for his security clearances and it all checked out.
Looks liek the results are going to be a lot closer than the media wants it to be!
