What do i need paper wise to hunt bobcat and coon in oregon? Do I only need a hunting license since they are furbearers?

You need a furbearer hunting license and bobcat tags.Call the o.d.f.w.

Its also worth noting that you have to submit the application through the Salem office.

You can't just run down to your local store and buy it like a regular hunting license.

oh i had that sent to me sometime over the summer, what i was supposed to do with all the info was very unclear, lol. I guess if I need another packet i'll just run down to my local ODFW office, since it aint that far away. Still gotta work with the dogs a bit, they keep running after something in the woods out here, but im not sure what it is, its one of 3 things, either Coyote, Deer or Bobcat. I havent found any definitive tracts yet, and without the GPS trackin, im hesitant to let them just run all over the place, lol, i just need to tag along with a better hunter and hope the dogs pick it up.

well hopefully you can find someone id say you can go with me but have had a few runs lately that make me wonder how straight my dogs are
